Let me add my name to the roster of riders who swear by their Brooks saddles. Last year, I rode about 3,000 miles. The most interesting 500 miles of my total was my pilgrimage ride to Santiago de Compostela. The Brooks saddle carried me in incredible comfort over 9 days from Roncesvalles to Santiago. I can honestly say that I could not conceive of riding another tour without a Brooks saddle.
